I'm trying to access the databases through a link and I am getting an error message that I am not logged in.
This may be happening because you're using an outdated link to access databases. You can access the database you need from the library database page. Using this page will prompt you to log in before you access the database.
If you are trying to open the database from a link you saved previously, you can try logging in through the database page first, and then trying to use your saved link. Sometimes this works but not if the link saved was from the address bar at the top of the page. We recommend you always be sure you are using the "Permalink" or "Stable Link" or "Remote Access URL" to save links. The links in the address bar of the page often expire.
