Q. What's the difference between Live Chat and Library Chat?
City Colleges of Chicago offers two chat options to better serve our students:
1. Live Chat, which appears on all CCC pages and lets students connect to CCC's call center for general questions related to classes, registration, admissions, etc. Questions are routed to the appropriate department.

2. Library Chat appears on library pages and on selected library database pages and lets students chat with a librarian in real time (or send a message when chat is unavailable) to get help with specific research and other library-related queries.
